Unfortunately, I faced quite a few disappointments during my stay. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive at various times, making it hard to relax. Additionally, my room's balcony was in poor condition, which truly impacted my overall comfort. I expected a little more attention to cleanliness, as I noticed some areas that were overlooked.

this hotel could have been nice if my room actually locked properly, it almost felt like a scene from a horror movie. and as a guest, i expected at least a fridge for my leftovers but no, just disappointment. i almost thought about giving a glowing review, but i just couldn’t.

The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us to plan our short stay effectively, and you felt a personal touch that you usually don't get in bigger places. The pool area was lovely, and they provide towels upon request from the reception, which was a nice convenience after a long day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the amenities and service, it was still reasonable.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the historic center and close to the lake. The outdoor swimming pool area was a great retreat for the entire family, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety, including fresh fruits and homemade treats that really impressed us.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't as consistent as we had hoped, which made sleeping a bit tricky during warmer nights.

The room was spacious, cozy, and included a balcony. It had air conditioning and great amenities like a minibar, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The fitness center was nice, and the outdoor swimming pool area was perfect for relaxation. The staff were really helpful, making the experience even better!

The pool was a favorite for my kids, and the friendly staff even helped me whip up food for our little ones when the kitchen was closed. Plus, our comfortable family room had a nice balcony for relaxing with our dog!

For dads, it would be great to have a laundry facility.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Benaco, where the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a delightful spread with fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and a superb bean-to-cup coffee machine. The clean, spacious room also provided lovely views of the pool.

The shower was a bit small.

Had an excellent stay at Benaco, with very clean rooms and bathrooms that appeared newly renovated. The hotel's parking is convenient, allowing easy access to the old town and lake within a 15-minute walk. The staff were welcoming and attentive during our stay, providing assistance when requested, which enhanced our experience. The setting, converted from a private villa, adds a charming touch to the overall ambiance.
